Mina & Arafat Services

Camp Category: A Category

Mina:
Air-conditioned tents equipped with mattresses, blankets, pillows, and essential facilities to ensure comfort during the stay.

Arafat:
Fully air-conditioned tents with basic amenities including electricity, water supply, and restroom facilities. Tent arrangements vary according to pilgrims’ selected category.

Transport:
Comfortable and well-managed bus services are arranged for pilgrims traveling between Mina, Arafat, and other ritual locations.

Meals:
Food and water are provided during the stay in Mina and Arafat as per Saudi government arrangements.

Location:
Camps are located near Jamarat, at areas officially designated by Saudi authorities for Hajj pilgrims.

Stay in Makkah – First Phase

Dates: 01–03 Dhul-Hijjah to 21 Dhul-Hijjah
(20th May to 07th June 2026)

Hotel: Al Amoodi or Similar
Located in Al Nuzha / Rusaifa / Al Kakiya area, approximately 5–7 KM from Haram, offering convenient access to Masjid al-Haram.

Room Upgrade Charges (Makkah 01)

• Quad Sharing: ₹20,000 per person

• Triple Sharing: ₹40,000 per person

• Twin Sharing: ₹95,000 per person

Stay in Makkah – Second Phase

Dates: 21 Dhul-Hijjah to 05 Muharram
(07th June to 20th June 2026)

Hotel: Hilton Convention or Similar (03-Star)
Located approximately 400 meters from Haram, ensuring easy walking access for prayers.

Stay in Madina

Dates: 05 Muharram to 14 Muharram
(20th June to 29th June 2026)

Hotel: Gulnar Taiba or Similar (03-Star)
Situated approximately 150 meters from Masjid-e-Nabawi, offering excellent proximity for daily prayers and spiritual activities.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 45 days before departure will incur a 20% cancellation charge of the booking amount.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the booking amount.

• Once the visa is issued, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
