Mina & Arafat Services

Camp Category: B Category

Mina:
Comfortable tents arranged as per the B Category, providing essential bedding and facilities required during the stay.

Arafat:
Well-organized tents with basic amenities including electricity, water, and restroom facilities, arranged according to the pilgrims’ selected category.

Transport:
Well-coordinated bus transportation is arranged for pilgrims traveling between Mina, Arafat, and other ritual locations.

Meals:
Food and water are provided during the stay in Mina and Arafat in accordance with Saudi government regulations.

Location:
Camps are located at areas designated by Saudi authorities, ensuring organized movement during Hajj rituals.

Stay in Makkah

Dates: 5th Dhul-Hijjah to 14th Dhul-Hijjah
(22nd May to 31st May 2026)

Hotel: Al Amoodi or Similar
Located in Al Nuzha / Rusaifa / Al Kakiya area, approximately 5–7 KM from Masjid al-Haram, with transport arrangements provided.

Stay in Madina

Dates: 14th Dhul-Hijjah to 17th Dhul-Hijjah

Located approximately 150 meters from Masjid-e-Nabawi, offering excellent convenience for prayers and spiritual activities.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 45 days prior to departure will incur a 20% cancellation charge of the booking amount.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the booking amount.

• Once the visa is issued, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
